What Is HR Security?

HR security is a comprehensive approach to protecting a company from internal threats related to personnel. It includes polygraph testing, risk assessment, and development of preventive measures to ensure the integrity of your workforce.

We offer three levels of HR security programs tailored to the size and needs of your business. All programs utilize certified POLYSCORE® and OSS-3 analysis systems.

Three Levels of Protection

🔹 Basic Level

Standard polygraph testing of employees. Suitable for one-time checks during hiring or periodic employee verification.

• Periodic honesty checks for existing staff
• Individual written report for each person tested

🔹 HR Security Level

An extended program that includes regular testing and consultation with an HR security specialist.

• All Basic Level services included
• Development of a tailored question set for your company
• Recommendations for improving personnel security
• Consultation with a polygraph examiner on HR issues

🔹 Comprehensive Program

A full-scale HR security program for large companies. Available as a monthly contract or one-time engagement.
